To bring public spending per person equal and fair across the United Kingdom.
I call on the UK government to bring public spending per person in line with an absolute average, meaning every person in the UK will recieve the same spending.
Public spending in the UK is highly unfair to the English, below is the amounts spent per person for years 2021/22.
Scotland: £13,881 (17% above the UK average)
Wales: £13,401 (13% above the UK average)
Northern Ireland: £14,062 (18% above the UK average).
England: £11,549 (3% below the UK average).
The UK is a whole and its people should recieved exactly the same regardless of what part they may come from.
Discrimination of the English has to stop.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Disparity in public spending per head in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland covers spending by both the UK Government and devolved administrations, and the UK Government is only responsible for decisions on taxation and spending regarding reserved policy areas.
We could accept a petition calling for changes to funding arrangements for the devolved administrations, but it would need to be clear what changes you wanted.
