Stop London Mayor from introducing ULEZ into outer London
To stop the inforcement of ULEZ into outer London
This is being pushed through as a money making exercise by the current Mayor.
No thought has been given to expanding the public transport network in outer London, and the cost to non-complying home owners in this economic climate is going to have a detrimental effect on their lives
