Make law that all Cyclists license,and number plate Push bikes,@ E Bikes,
Cyclists remain without accountability @Dicssipline that other Rd users are required to have.
The Consequences of this is Majority of Cyclists,are committing Rd
traffic offences,riding their bikes also on the Footpath putting Pedestrians at risk.
We want the Government to do this,because this Behaviour from Cyclist has been going on for too long,years in fact,,and it is time for change on a National level.
Bikes are Vehicles,,and go at some speed,and should not be on the Footpath and Cyclist need to be treated the same way as People who own other vehicles,such as cars,Motorbikes,
E Bikes,and push bikes should be required by law to have a licence,
Non Negotiable,Cyclist should be required to be held to account like other vehicle owners,
