Make it mandatory for restaurants to give 100% of the service charge to staff
I want staff who provide services in restaurants or other hospitality jobs to get the service charge that customers pay for the service.
Many restaurants charge service fees in the bill, and normally customers think this fee is for staff and will no longer give tips directly to staff. But most companies hide the information of "service charge is not mandatory" for customers and keep that service fee without sharing it with staff at all. The system of service charges ends up with customers' tips for staff going into companies' pockets.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
New laws to ensure that tips, gratuities and service charges paid by customers are allocated to workers is already being considered by Parliament, and is supported by the Government.
