TO CHANGE THE LAW ON TRESPASS & SQUATTING
We call on the Government to change the law of Trespass to make it a criminal offence, so anyone trespassing on land not owned by them can be evicted by the Police. We also call on the Government to make Squatting in property a criminal offence, as it is in Scotland, so squatters can be evicted without notice.
