ww2 survivors

Additional Information

Her Majesty's Father King George V1 awarded a George Cross to little Malta for their bravery in standing up to Hitler during WW2, Yet Britain's Civilians who did likewise, proudly defending this Island under constant enemy air attacks, got no recognition or Medal..

The contribution made by Britain's Civilians during the first 2 critical years of WW2 changed the course of World history.

If Britain had cap-itulated after Dunkirk, the Americans could never have landed here to help liberate Europe. This would have resulted in Hitler winning the War outright.

Perhaps Her Majesty might wish to emulate her Father by giving a medal to Britain's remaining civilian WW2 survivors, she herself is a survivor, each and every one are deserving heroes.
