No deployment of British troops to a war arena without agreement from a full parliamentary vote
Before any Prime Minister can send troops into a war situation there must be a full parliamentary debate. The decision of the vote following that debat is to be acted upon by the Government.
Leaders of the deveolved Governments will be expected to hold their own debates and the vote following the debate will be passed to the British Government.
