Refund Tuition Fees to Students for the Duration of University Strikes
University staff strikes took place over 3 days in November, spread over a period of 2 weeks. UCU has announced further 18 days of strike action taking place over 7 weeks in February and March. This will amount to 9 weeks with some form of teaching activity disruption.
Students are losing lectures and tutorials, but are required to pay full tuition fees.
Universities MUST be required to refund tuition fees where teaching activities are lost.
