Tie MP pay rises with the lowest 5 yearly percentage of public sector workers
For example If nurses over 5 years have had a cumulative 4%, The Armed Forces over 5 years has been 2% and The Fire Brigade 5%, MPs woukd have paybrises equalling the Lowest of 2%. Any freezes woukd obviously pair for MPs too
MPs need to understand the struggles of dsybto day workers. This method would procide a simple and fair method of adjusting their pay, and help resolve issues with Public Sector workers striking
