How does PM propose to staff this with such poor benefits? Location of beds?
1. Answer both questions
2. Fund more nursing spaces in universities
3. Increase the training budgets to incentivise trusts to enable retention of current staff
130k spaces in the NHS, poor pay and lack of senior trust support means that patient care is struggling, esp when there are food banks in hospitals as nurses cannot afford to live and work with the current salaries.
