STOP the Mayors proposal for ULEZ. Government to hold a referendum.
It is going to bring a lot of suffering to small business and self employed builders
People are going to be reluctant to visit elderly relatives. The sums do not add up. The parliament should take it out of the hands of the Mayor and have proper democratic votes to see if it works for the masses.
