Review the system by which the police deal with police officers who are caught on speed cameras

Additional Information

What happens when a police vehicle is caught by a speed camera exceeding the Speed Limit? Do the Police Authority pay all the fines? Does the Police Officer have to take the three points on his or her Licence?

Please can the Home Office monitor and review current arrangements within each police authority.
