I would like debate in parliament to consider pre-paid energy cost.
To consider instruction all energy providers to charge less for pre-paid energy than for post paid energy.
The current arrangement is discriminatory to the lower paid - financially challenged energy users - often in low cost highly energy inefficient properties. It is absurd that those most financially challenged have to pay in advance at higher rate than those more fortunate and post paying for energy.
