Additional Information

The people of the UK say No to Digital IDs in the United Kingdom. The People of the United Kingdom are not 'Numbers' we are free Men and Women who should be able to expect a level of Freedom and Privacy that will no longer be afforded to us should this be enforced upon us. It is time for Government to understand we the public should be consulted properly, informed clearly and given an opportunity to vote for such a monumental change to our society.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not aware of any proposals from the Government or Parliament for a mandatory digital ID.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
