Squash or amend school fines
To squash or amend the punishment of fine for taking children out of school durning term times!
I am a mother that is now fined 320£ because I could not afford a holiday over 1000£ that is the price for one week 6 family holiday for a caravan not even abroad in summer holidays!
Why should family make with low income or children with low income parents be discriminated into not having a holiday term time when prices are WAY cheaper!
My children attendance is always 90% or above my children go to school nearly every day even when then come to me don’t feel well of they go!
I feel it unfair to fine for each child an each parent and should change to allowing holiday is each child is over 90% attendance for
