Income Tax thresholds to be raised to take people out of poverty.

Additional Information

Increase the income tax threshold to £15,000 in line with the recommendation made in 'A minimum income standard for the UK in 2011'. No-one should pay income tax until they earn enough to not be reliant on the state. This could replace 'working tax credit'.
