Allow individuals to apply for an extension on their theory certificates
The government should create a system that allows individuals to apply for an extension on their theory certificates. The extension length should depend on their individual circumstances and be reasonable to the individual. If someone is not eligible for an extension, a discount should be considered
There are a limited number of practical tests available which takes away a good few months from the certificate. Everything is so expensive nowadays which means many people cannot afford to fund another theory test, a driving lesson before the practical and the practical itself and then they lose their chance to be able to start driving.
