Mandatory debating of subjects chosen by the people

Additional Information

All petitions attracting 250,000 signatures within 3 months MUST be debated by Parliament.

Such response could reasonably be taken as indication of level of importance under democratic system.

The will of the people should no longer merely be an option for MPs.
