Make mobility aids able to go through security compulsory in uk airports
Make canes owned by the airport that the mobility aid user can borrow to comfortably move through compulsory.
Airports force cane users to put their cane through the scanner and walk them through the metal detector in ways that are invasive and humiliating.
This causes immense discomfort and embarrassment for the person as they are treated like an object.
Making aids that they can use would both speed up the process and make it more humane for everyone involved
