Stop banks closing branches.
Far too many banks closing branches up and down the country, and this is leaving people vulnerable. Specifically, people who are disabled or have learning difficulties. Most banks offer telephone, online, and mobile banking — but thousands of customers aren’t equipped to readily access these.
The government needs to review and fully understand the impact this is causing. Not let the banks put profit first and customers last.
