Make legal aid available for appeals against probation licence conditions

Petition Details

Make legal aid available for convicts to be able to appeal against license conditions.

Additional Information

We believe the probation service has too much power and are treating many convicts unfairly, but often cannot afford to challenge the licence conditions that are set.

Legal aid was taken away for these types of cases, and we want it reinstated.
