Legislation to protect children against racism & all discrimination in UK School
The Equalities Act 2010 is not protecting our children from harm. Historically there has been major concerns regarding racist discrimination in UK schools, in light of Child Q, Child A and many others that do not get publicity. We are calling on the government to put in place stricter legislation.
Create a Safeguarding Bill specifically against racist discrimination in Schools. Do an investigation into Racism & bullying in all UK school's.
Black children face harsher punishments often for defending themselves against racist bullying, schools are not reporting or acting on racism that children face on a daily basis. Schools should be a safe environment for children, however, they are not being protected. The equalities Act 2010 needs to be updated and schools have an ANTI RACIST & BULLYING BILL.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about discrimination in schools, but it's not clear what provisions you want the new legislation you propose to contain.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what provisions you want in the new legislation you propose.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to launch a Public Inquiry into racism in schools in England, if that's what you want to happen.
