GCSE for Romanian language as Modern language to be offered in schools
To acknowledge and encourage the importance of language learning and support any exam board wishing to offer the Romanian language at GCSE level.
Romanian language should be added in the GCSE Modern languages curriculum to allow students and Romanians living in UK to study the language in school helping many Romanians who live in UK to have a choice of Romanian language at GCSE level to take if wanted.

It is for schools to decide which languages they teach as part of their curriculum, and for exam boards to consider which languages have sufficient demand for a GCSE or A Level to be made available.
