Petition Action

Investigate Actions of UK "retail industry" regarding"The cost of living Crisis"

Petition Details

Government inquiry(leading to an act of parliament "whitepaper")forcing ALL retailers to reduce their prices to levels they were prior to "cost of living crisis". The inquiry to include an investigation as to why "retailers" are STILL increasing their prices? Is this just to increase their Profits!?

Additional Information

To force ALL retailers to reduce their prices to the levels they were prior to "cost of living crisis". As the logistics have returned back as they were prior to the "crisis",(ie) causes : Petrol / diesel costs have come down, Energy costs ARE falling `etc`.By their action this industry IS fueling the high UK inflation rates! And in turn the high pay demands! The government needs to take action Urgently and inclusively with regards to "said" above. And NOT allow "Profiteering of this crisis"!
