Grant families the ability to have rights to know and love their grandchildren
Where grandparents have taken the parental role, the other side of the family and grandparents should be given rights to access a natural relationship with their grandchild
For the mental wellbeing of promoting natural family relationships to be able to spend time such as weekends and holidays with their grandchild

We understand that you are concerned about grandparents being prevented from having access to their grandchildren, but we're not sure exactly what rights you want grandparents to be given, and if you only want these to apply where a child is in the care of one set of grandparents.
