Partially privatise the NHS
Our NHS is now broken and no longer provides proper health care. GP surgeries, ambulance and hospital services are stretched to breaking point. People are suffering and dying and we cannot claim to be cared for. We need to look at a German or French system partly funded by specialist insurance.
Only parliament can address this issue. We need to introduce an insurance based funding perhaps along the lines of the German or possibly the French system where specialist insurance companies are used to fund care by employment deductions and reasonable charges for appointments and some routine services. If we don’t bring more guaranteed regular funding and take politics largely out of our health care we can no longer get the care we all need.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you want to see changes to how the NHS is funded, but the changes you suggest appear to be around funding, and not privatisation, which relates to how an organisation is operated.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, we could accept a petition calling on the Government to introduce obligatory social security contributions for the NHS, paid by employees, their employers, and self-employed workers, along the lines of French system.
