Change Premier League tv blackout laws
Currently Premier League games on a Saturday at 3pm can't be watched in the UK yet these games are picked up by broadcasters in other countries. As such, UK residents have significantly less access to games on TV than someone watching, say, in the US
The law seems outdated and does not reflect modern media capabilities such as being able to stream games while on the move.
Police time is currently being used cracking down on fans that are being forced into using illegal streams when they simply want to follow their team and their is no legal way of doing it on the UK.
UK fans should be able to watch as many games as someone abroad. If premium providers (Sky, BT etc) don't want to pick up the rights domestic channels should be able to.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about when to hold and broadcast football matches are a matter for the FA, the Premier League and the Football League, and broadcasters, not the Government or House of Commons.
As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.
