Replace modern foreign languages with sign language

Petition Details

Instead of requiring schools to teach students a modern foreign language they should be required to teach sign language.

Additional Information

Even though being taught a modern foreign language can be helpful, we believe all students should be taught sign language. There are many applications/websites people can use to speak to people in a different spoken or written language but it can be much more difficult to communicate with someone who only speaks sign language.
