Include the teaching of Spanish and Portuguese in the school curriculum, in regions where there are many immigrants or speakers of these languages.
Include in the curriculum of public schools in regions where there are many speakers of Portuguese and Spanish, the teaching of Portuguese and Spanish languages, to promote students' language skills.
