shareholder protection with better policing and action by the FCA in Aim Market
When Companies go in administration especially on Aim market, the FCA should look at available evidence into events and director conduct that led to administration and produce there findings for shareholders .
Some form of redress for shareholders where some form of dishonesty has occurred.
