Enforce a ban on the design of buildings which are harmful to the homeless.
The government should ban city plans which contain hostile design (spikes, arm rests on benches, etc.) that primarily affect homeless people as well as others not targeted (tired workers, children, elderly, pregnant people, ect.).
This will help to create a more open and accepting environment towards homeless people in order to make it easier for them to get and be offered help. It also helps to combat the stigma around homeless people and may encourage the public to want to help homeless people.
