Stop courts being able to grant care orders based on risk of future harm

Petition Details

I want the Government to prevent the courts from being able to grant care orders, removing a child from their parents and placing them in the care of a local authority, based on the risk of future harm. Care orders should only be granted where a child has experience actual harm.
