Petition Action

Terminally ill can claim state pension up until death before pensionable age

Petition Details

After Death Nominated Beneficaries recieve a % lump sump from the monies left in the pension pot
For example :- a £100,000 pot with 4 named Benefiaries each would recieve £25,000 Tax Free

Additional Information

In my case I would nominate my two Daughter's as Beneficiaries aged 25 & 21 this payment would go a long way to enable them to get a mortgage and on the Property ladder, which in turn would give the housing Market a boost

The state pension gives people an entitlement to a weekly payment once they reach state pension age. Individuals do not have a personal "pension pot", which could be distributed to inheritors.
