Split the fees for CMS child maintenance equally between parents
Change the fees for child maintenance payments made through the Child Maintenance Service by Collect and Pay so these are divided equally between the paying parent and receiving parent.
We believe it is outrageous that the paying parent has to pay a 20% fee on top of their child maintenance payment, but the receiving parent only has a 4% fee taken off the amount they receive. These fees should be divided equally between to two parties.
