Stop extra funds for politicians such as subsidised bar in the House of Commons
I believe that the government have little to no incentive to make a notable difference to the financial state that the average person is in.
Until things improve all expenses and incentives for politicians should stop.
If we can’t afford heat they shouldn’t have a subsidised bar!
This government is far from representative of the people! In the decade they’ve had power the financial state of the country has gotten notably worse.
They’ve allowed energy companies to secure record breaking profits by pushing the average person into a position where they can’t afford to heat their homes.
With the tories it’s always been profits over people. (Except for if the people are party donors in which case they’ll get lucrative contracts for things they have no experience in)

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) is responsible for deciding on MPs' expenses and pay. IPSA is independent of both Parliament and Government. You can find out more about IPSA here: http://www.theipsa.org.uk
We could accept a petition calling for food and drink prices for MPs to be increased in House of Commons catering venues.
