Allow medical cannabis patients to have open prescription
Medical cannabis patient are having to ether wait without medication or pay extra money to change the strain of their medication if the strain they are prescribed is out of stock or the alternative offered is not appropriate,
saving us from the stress an financial hardship this is causing many people. Stop unnecessary costs. most other countries have a structure that allows a specialist doctor to give an open prescription, meaning that the patients are prescribed by strength an quantity not by strain, we should be able to choose an appropriate strain within the strengths that we are prescribed
