Maria Miller must resign or be sacked
After being found guilty of claiming expenses to which she was not entitled, and having been found to have endeavoured to mislead/delay the investigation into this matter, Maria Miller should act with a degree of dignity, and resign - failing that, David Cameron should remove her from her Cabinet post, and require her resignation as an MP.
Anybody on benefit accused of falsely claiming some benefit or other, would be sent to prison if found guilty.
Why should Maria Miller be treated differently, particularly as she has admitted fault by apologising?
