Put the S of Support into OfSted.
Prioritise the need to positively support all school staff, especially classroom teachers and leadership teams, during the Ofsted inspection process. Support those who support our children.
I have started this petition because too many of my colleagues have had breakdowns, stress-related illnesses, been forced into to early retirement or contemplated suicide as a result of the negative impact and fear generated by the current ethos of Ofsted inspections. This has been going on for years. It has to stop.
