Petition Action

Introduce dogs to be on a leash as children are playing and dogs jump on them

Petition Details

Please make an an order to stop dogs from running freely in residential areas without a leash, a dog should be free in a park as long as owner has control over their dog In residential areas children are playing and a dog jumped on our children hurting one. Dog foulinghardtocontrol dog is not leash

Additional Information

Because any child can get hurt as dog just jumps as owner has no control in residential areas. In the USA there are dog parks sections and that would be an option. Also if dog is loose freely in residential areas that dog foul which is illegal and owners don’t clean up as don’t watch a freely running dog!
I washurtandpolicedon’tdoanything so I would like this law to protect us from dogs that just invade our privacy and jump on our kids and us when we are not happy with this antisocialbehaviour.
