Fracking companies must pay for policing

Additional Information

Shale gas exploration firms should pay all of the cost of policing anti-fracking protests.
The tax payers of this country cannot afford, in the present conditions, to subsidise the security of these companies, they should pay for their own security.
Police should only be used where there is a distinct breach of the peace.
