Make access to pornographic material illegal in the UK.
I am requesting for the government to make access to pornographic material illegal in the United Kingdom or at the very least, impose restrictions as to who can access it. Such as, placing virtual barriers to prevent underage children from accessing such content.
Porn itself serves absolutely no benefit to the advancement of society. In fact, it has been proven contribute to the desensitisation of violence against women. The most searched for & viewed categories consist of rape, child molestation, incest & more. This only fuels the sick minds of those who crave to fulfil their illegal and immoral desires. Pornography sites are rarely ever monitored & anyone can upload and view unverified content, some of which contain CSAM, rape & revenge porn.
