A shortage of Doctors leads to overwhelming of the health services within the UK. too many pharmacists graduating limits positions available for pharmacists, surely it is feasible to have pharmacists upgrade their degree to a medical degree with support from government in order to produce more suitable doctors with experience within the field of healthcare who actually wish to become doctors and cater for individuals health. Removing the requirement of GAMSAT and entry tests within universities for pharmacists qualified for over 5 years.
