Get rid of ofsted
Ofsted is not fit for purpose. It absolutely demoralises teachers and the whole teaching profession.
If you do not get rid of ofsted you will find very soon, that no one wants to be a teacher anymore. So then what will the British government do to ensure our children get a good quality education in the 3rd millennium AD and the 21st century? We are not living in the dark ages, despite what ofsted might think.
