Scrap current model
Look at other countries I.e Australia
annual fee of usage for those who dont pay tax both working/non working.
Free at point of use is no longer working.
Caps on private fees
annual allowance of use either NHS or private
Scrap direct taxes for nhs
Current model not fit for purpose
Patients held hostage by services I.e strikes, lack of appointments
Not a fair system for all
