You have damaged the standing of the Conservative Party and politicians generally. You tried to bully the Independent Standards Commissioner and you have attempted to browbeat the newspaper investigating your claims. You are not a fit person to act as either a Minister or an MP, and you have shown you are totally unfit to play any part in the Leveson process. Repay the £44,000 you owe the electorate and resign.
