Skilled workers are crying to complete 5 years due to unbearable pain and work load under the sponsor holder. Like chefs, health carers,they have to do lots hours without any extra money for extra hours.have to work 5 years in same place or under a sponsor holder.pls give
ILR after 2 years

Skilled workers are crying to complete 5 years due to unbearable pain and work load under the sponsor holder. Like chefs, health carers, they have to do lots hours without any extra money for extra hours,and have to work 5 years in same place or under a sponsor holder.
And lots sponsor holders misuse them. So I kindly request to

Give ILR after 2 years instead of 5 years for all skilled workers.
