Make it illegal for any transport to park on pavements

Additional Information

Bring in a law to stop any transport parking on pavements. This should include cars, vans and motorbikes. It restricts the use for pedestrians to use the pavement as it should be used and sometimes even stops the pavement being used at all making pedestrians have to walk in the road. This is unacceptable especially for the elderly, handicapped, children, or parents with prams & buggies.
