No hours restrictions for Tier2 homecare support workers, allow supplementary job

Petition Details

Home care support workers across london are suffering financially, mentally physically, they are forced to work morning 7 to night 10 running from one house to another and end up getting 40 pounds on hand. Care companies can not force to work morethan 8 hours shift. Travelling time is not paid.

Additional Information

Home care support workers are not allowed to do second job as companies does not support with timings, even though not giving enough hours as per mentioned in certificate of sponsorship, they hire more and more people selling sponsorships for thousands of pounds and not giving hours of support cares to maintain their work life balance. They do not adjust timings, so carers can do another job to feed their family and children. Home care provider companies treat as they have purchased people.
