Grant relief to small businesses from Commercial Property Rates for 12 months
Small businesses are suffering post covid, Brexit and the cost of living crisis. There is no support at all and now the Councils have not only increased Non Domestic Rates but also reduced the small business threshold for 100% relief. Most will not survive. Why kill small businesses?
Grant retail and hospitality 100% relief for Rates on commercial property. This is the only way to allow them an opportunity to survive. These businesses are the lifeblood of our communities and they are being overburdened by extortionate and unjustifiable rates.
