That Maria Miller MP be made to pay back the amount recommended by the independent watchdog or face the sack
An independent watchdog recommended that Maria Miller MP should pay back more than £40,000 which she mistakenly claimed as payment towards her second home. This recommendation was over ruled by a body largely made up of MPs. She should pay back the amount in full or face the sack.
